What we store, why, and how to have it removed.

Account data: name, email, plan and billing identifiers, kept while your account is active.

Work data: file fingerprints, declared metadata, timestamps and verification codes. These are retained permanently so that certificates stay verifiable. Certificates can be made private, which removes them from public lookup.

File copies: stored only when you enable an encrypted copy. Fingerprint-only sealing keeps your file on your device — hashes are computed in your browser.

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time. Deleting an account does not retroactively invalidate certificates already shared with third parties.
